Community Reinvestment

We believe in making a meaningful difference by reinvesting in the communities we call home. Through donations, volunteer efforts, and financial education programs, we’re proud to support local growth and contribute to the vitality of our communities. In 2024, we volunteered for a total of 3,151 hours, served on 34 boards, and held 21 officer positions.

W.D. & Shirley Schafer-Ray Educational Trust Scholarship

Continuing Legacies

We are honored to serve as Trustee for The W.D. & Shirley Schafer-Ray Educational Trust. On behalf of the Trust, we award scholarships to local students from Adair, Adams, Taylor, and Union County. Over the past 3 years, we've awarded a total of $658,800 through 141 scholarships. This Trust is designed to award millions of dollars to our area students.


Loan volume grew by 7.8%

Loans

Over the past five years, we've seen a significant increase in both the number of loans and the loan amounts we’ve financed. In 2024, our loan volume grew by 7.8% compared to the community banks' national average of 5.1%.*


Deposit volume grew by 6.6%

Deposits

Our deposit accounts are designed to support both business and personal finances. Last year, we opened 1,426 new accounts and our deposit volume increased by 6.6% compared to national average of 1.8%.**


2024 was one of our most successful years yet, and we’re excited for what’s ahead. With new projects and offerings on the way, our commitment to our customers and communities remains stronger than ever.
