As Governor Reynolds continues to lift restrictions on our economy, Iowa State Savings Bank is starting the process of reopening some of our lobbies. Although lobbies are beginning to open, we encourage customers to limit usage of lobbies as much as possible while COVID-19 remains a community concern. Please continue to use drive-thru services, night depositories, and online and mobile services for your banking needs.
Branch access as of June 15, 2020
- Creston Adams Street, Creston Highway 34, Lenox, and Corning Lobbies are open during normal business hours
- Diagonal will continue to operate at limited capacity
Employee and customer safety remain our number one priority and we continue to take proactive steps to ensure a safe visit. Iowa State Savings Bank installed germ guards, installed new social distancing guidelines within our lobbies, and we are continuously sanitizing highly trafficked areas. We have temporarily relaxed polices prohibiting face coverings. Customers and employees can wear masks. We may ask customers additional questions for identity verification.
When visiting our branches, we ask that you adhere to the social distancing guidelines while in the lobby. Look for signage and floor markings. We encourage you to make an appointment to meet with a Customer Service Representative or Loan Officer by calling 888-508-0142.
To stop the spread of COVID-19 and keep our lobbies safe, call a bank representative prior to visiting a branch if you:
- Are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms; such as fever, cough or shortness of breath
- Have had contact with anyone who has a presumptive positive case of COVID-19, is being tested for COVID-19 or has been confirmed to have COVID-19 within the last 14 days
- Have traveled outside of the United States recently
We reserve the right to refuse access to our lobbies if we have concerns of health and safety risks towards our staff and customers.
We offer digital access to your accounts also. With Online Banking or our Mobile Banking App, you can check account balances, transfer money, pay bills and deposit checks from the safety of your home 24/7.
