Corning Attorney Joins Iowa State Savings Bank

Andrew J. Zimmerman has been named Trust Officer and Internal Legal Counsel at Iowa State Savings Bank. He will join their Trust Department beginning in October 2022. Zimmerman graduated from Creighton University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and has practiced law in Southwest Iowa for 10 years. He is the Partner/Owner of Nielsen & Zimmerman, PLC in Corning. Zimmerman’s practice largely focused on Estate, Trust and Succession Planning, Real Estate, Probate and Tax Planning.

Zimmerman previously served as the Prosecutor for Adams County and continues to serve as the Adams County Magistrate. He is an elected member of the Iowa State Bar Association’s Board of Governors, a Fellow of the Iowa State Bar Foundation, and actively serves the Corning community on voluntary committees, and through his pro bono tax work for area non-profit entities.
